📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including vendor evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records and documentation.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate procurement requests.,Monitor supplier performance and provide feedback to improve procurement processes.,Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and presentations.,Support the Procurement Manager in achieving procurement goals and objectives.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of procurement strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement or related roles.,Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and analytical skills.,Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.
