📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic planning.,Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term business success.,Analyze market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities and develop effective strategies.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that business development goals are aligned with overall company objectives.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of business development initiatives.,Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.,Strong understanding of market trends, competition, and industry best practices.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business software.
