📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth service.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Maintain high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling practices.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate supplies.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of operational policies.,Promote a positive and professional work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.,Proven track record of managing staff and ensuring high service standards.,Strong knowledge of food service operations and industry best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
