📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage banquet operations, including event planning, staff coordination, and guest service.,Ensure the banquet area is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.,Train and supervise banquet staff to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with catering and other service departments to ensure seamless event execution.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.,Maintain accurate records of banquet operations and guest feedback.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance banquet services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet operations or a similar role.,Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to train and supervise staff.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and staff effectively.,Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple events simultaneously.,Knowledge of food and beverage services, event planning, and customer service best practices.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.
