As a Lead Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage the team of staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any complaints and feedback.,Drive sales growth through marketing initiatives and promotions.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment.,Prepare and present regular reports on sales, customer feedback, and operational performance.,Collaborate with the corporate office to implement company-wide strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.,Knowledge of inventory management and basic accounting principles.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and consumer trends.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
