📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver high-quality learning and development programs aligned with organizational goals.,Identify training needs and develop customized learning solutions.,Facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven improvements.,Collaborate with HR and other departments to integrate learning and development initiatives.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide mentorship and coaching to team members.,Report on learning and development program outcomes and impact.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant training tools.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
