In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging and effective learning programs that help our employees develop their skills and advance their careers. You'll work closely with our managers and employees to understand their learning needs and design programs that meet those needs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Develop and deliver engaging and effective learning programs that meet the needs of our employees,Work closely with managers and employees to understand their learning needs and design programs that address those needs,Create and maintain learning materials, including courses, workshops, and other resources,Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support and coaching to employees,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that learning programs align with the overall goals and objectives of the company,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them develop their skills and advance their careers🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate or educational setting,Strong knowledge of learning theories and best practices in instructional design,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization,Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant learning and development software and tools,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Certifications in learning and development, such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or Certified Instructional Designer (CID), are a plus🛠️ Keahlian
