📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.,Check guests in and out, and ensure they have all the necessary information about the restaurant and its services.,Handle guest inquiries and provide assistance with reservations and special requests.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Assist with event planning and coordination.,Monitor and manage the flow of guests in the restaurant.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic office software and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Good time management and organizational skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
