📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct sales consultations with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate automotive products.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotional activities.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities for sales growth.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and business objectives.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales, automotive sales, or a similar role.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong knowledge of automotive products and industry trends.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to travel to customer locations as needed.
