Allied Search Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team in Bali. In this role, you will provide exceptional nursing care to our patients in an AU (Australian) settings, ensuring their well-being and comfort. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assess and monitor patients' health status, and implement appropriate nursing care plans.,Administer medications as prescribed by physicians, and educate patients and their families on medication use.,Perform basic nursing procedures such as wound care, IV therapy, and catheterization.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including vital signs, medication administration, and nursing notes.,Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, and assist with activities of daily living as needed.,Participate in staff meetings and in-service education to stay updated on best practices and new developments in nursing.,Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Valid nursing license and registration with the relevant nursing board.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in an AU settings.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
