PT Prima Lestari is seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team in Jepara, Jawa Tengah. This is an immediate opening, and we are looking for a professional who can take charge of our warehouse operations and ensure smooth and efficient processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.,Ensure that all warehouse processes are in compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.,Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels.,Work closely with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven track record of success in managing warehouse operations and teams.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.
