📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly financial transactions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel.
- Conduct inventory reconciliation to ensure stock accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with the finance team to resolve any financial discrepancies.
- Provide support to the accounting team during peak periods.
- Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and audits.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a meat distribution or RPH environment.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and SAP.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
- Familiarity with inventory management and reconciliation processes.
