📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, targeting key accounts in the animal health and livestock feed sector.
• Build and nurture relationships with farmers, veterinarians, and other stakeholders to drive sales and market our products.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the animal health and feed industry.
• Manage and track sales performance, setting and achieving quotas.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to ensure that our sales strategies align with our overall business goals.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and market conditions.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our products.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in the animal health and feed industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Veterinary Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, particularly in the animal health or livestock feed industry.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of the animal health and feed industry, including regulations and market trends.
• Familiarity with sales tools and software, such as Salesforce and SAP.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
