📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Section Head in managing team projects and ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.,Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.,Support the Section Head in developing and implementing team training programs.,Assist in preparing reports and presentations for the Section Head and senior management.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.,Handle administrative tasks and support the Section Head in other duties as needed.,Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and project management tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good understanding of company policies and procedures.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
