📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee inventory management, including stock control, ordering, and replenishment.,Train and mentor store staff to enhance their performance and customer service skills.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Proven track record of managing store operations and improving sales performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Good understanding of retail management software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and staff.
