LUMEN Abadi is looking for a dedicated Assistant Teller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling cash transactions, and assisting customers with their banking needs. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and approachable demeanor, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping others.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving complaints.,Handle cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.,Assist customers with their banking needs, such as opening new accounts, applying for loans, and setting up direct deposits.,Maintain accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions.,Ensure compliance with banking regulations and security protocols.,Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,At least 1 year of experience in customer service or banking.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Basic knowledge of banking products and services.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
