📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all aspects of vessel operations, including navigation, cargo handling, and safety protocols.,Ensure compliance with all relevant maritime laws, regulations, and company policies.,Manage and supervise the crew, ensuring they are properly trained and motivated.,Plan and execute voyage schedules, optimizing routes and fuel efficiency.,Maintain and inspect the vessel, ensuring it is in good working condition.,Handle all communication with port authorities, cargo owners, and other stakeholders.,Implement and enforce safety measures to prevent accidents and ensure compliance.,Monitor and report on vessel performance and operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the maritime industry.,Valid Master Mariner's License (MM) or equivalent.,Proven experience in managing vessel operations and crew.,Strong knowledge of maritime laws, regulations, and safety protocols.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with vessel maintenance and repair procedures.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
