Silver Point Lestari is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fleet, ensuring that all vehicles are maintained to the highest standards and that our drivers are safe and efficient. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring of vehicles.,Ensure that all vehicles are maintained to the highest standards, with regular inspections and servicing.,Monitor driver performance and safety, providing training and support as needed.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that fleet needs are met and that operations run smoothly.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities, including maintenance, fuel, and driver performance.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.,Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of improving fleet efficiency and reducing costs.,Valid driver's license and experience with commercial vehicles is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
