As a Driver Acquisition Manager at Private Advertiser, you will work closely with our team to develop and execute a comprehensive driver recruitment plan. You will leverage your expertise in HR and logistics to identify, attract, and onboard the best drivers in the industry. Your daily tasks will include conducting market research, analyzing data, and implementing strategies to improve our driver acquisition metrics. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement a comprehensive driver recruitment strategy to attract, onboard, and retain top-tier drivers.
• Conduct market research to identify the best sources for recruiting drivers, including job boards, social media, and partnerships.
• Analyze data to track the performance of our driver acquisition initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new drivers.
• Implement and monitor compliance with labor laws and regulations to ensure a safe and legal working environment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential drivers and stakeholders to foster a positive employer brand.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in driver recruitment to continuously improve our strategies.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure the successful execution of our driver acquisition plan.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR or a related field, with a focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing driver recruitment strategies.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using HR software such as BambooHR, Greenhouse, or Workday.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
