📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's business goals.
• Oversee the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding, ensuring a strong talent pipeline.
• Manage employee relations, addressing conflicts and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
• Conduct performance reviews and manage talent development programs.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and provide HR solutions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records using SAP SuccessFactors.
• Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on corporate roles.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proficient in using HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
