Nest Market Abadi is looking for a talented Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our business growth. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work from our office in Denpasar and remotely. We offer a competitive salary and a collaborative work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job postings and promote them through various channels to attract qualified candidates.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify the best candidates for our openings.,Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.,Maintain a strong relationship with recruitment agencies and external partners to source talent.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the hiring process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure we are attracting the best talent.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of the recruitment process and ATS (Applicant Tracking System).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment tools and software is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
