📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes.

Identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.

Preparing and presenting audit reports to management.

Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control procedures.

Providing guidance and support to other departments on internal control matters.

Participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date audit documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing.

Knowledge of accounting principles and internal control frameworks.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.

Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
