📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist in planning and coordinating banquet events.

Manage event logistics, including venue setup, equipment, and catering.

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth event execution.

Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet venues.

Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests.

Prepare and present event reports and follow-ups.

Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in event planning or hospitality is a plus.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with event management software is an asset.

Proficient in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken).

Ability to lift and move heavy objects.

Willingness to travel and work overtime when necessary.
