📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring smooth and efficient running.,Manage and coordinate with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage the inventory and supply chain to ensure adequate stock levels.,Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the facilities.,Develop and implement training programs for staff to improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
