Shine Central Indonesia is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Assist in creating training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.,Conduct training needs analysis and design training programs accordingly.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to participants.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Assist in the development and implementation of L&D strategies and initiatives.,Support the HR team in other related tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training and development or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with learning and development best practices and trends.,Ability to adapt to new situations and learn quickly.
