In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, managing kitchen equipment, and ensuring that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards. You’ll work closely with our team to maintain a clean and efficient kitchen, and support our baristas in delivering excellent customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer orders.
• Manage kitchen equipment and ensure it is clean and in good working condition.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking kitchen supplies.
• Work collaboratively with the baristas to ensure seamless customer service.
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Stay updated on menu changes and new recipes.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to kitchen operations improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a café or restaurant.
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation methods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
