📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the fleet, ensuring all vehicles are in optimal condition and ready for use.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure timely maintenance and repairs.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and implement strategies to reduce costs.,Track vehicle usage and performance, and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Develop and implement fleet management strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Manage and maintain relationships with third-party service providers.,Handle any fleet-related issues or emergencies promptly and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing and optimizing fleet operations.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
