📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer requirements.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders for food supplies as needed.
  • Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-maintained at all times.
  • Handle customer complaints and address any issues related to food quality.
  • Participate in menu planning and development.
  • Ensure all staff adhere to company policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.
  • Proven experience in managing kitchen staff and ensuring high standards of food quality.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with additional culinary training or certification preferred.
