📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee the tax compliance and planning activities of the company.
  • Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns and payments.
  • Conduct regular reviews of tax strategies and policies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Lead and mentor junior tax staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide training and education to staff as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information for tax purposes.
  • Prepare and present tax reports to senior management and external auditors.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to minimize tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance and planning, with a strong background in tax law and regulations.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Tax Professional (CTP) certification is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
  • Familiarity with tax software and systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
