In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the medical center's operations, ensuring that we provide high-quality healthcare services to our patients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the medical center, ensuring that all departments are functioning efficiently.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve the quality and efficiency of our services.
  • Manage and supervise a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including healthcare laws and safety protocols.
  • Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and human resources, to ensure the overall success of the medical center.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as suppliers and service providers.
  • Ensure that the medical center is well-equipped and maintained to provide high-quality care to patients.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare administration, business management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on that data.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards, including HACCP and ISO standards.
  • Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
