Point Tech Sejahtera is seeking a dedicated Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises and employees. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for monitoring the facility, enforcing security protocols, and responding to any security incidents. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor security cameras and access points to ensure the safety of the premises and employees.,Patrol the facility to deter and prevent unauthorized access.,Enforce security protocols and procedures, including visitor sign-in and badge access.,Respond to security incidents and emergencies, including medical emergencies and fires.,Conduct regular security checks and inspections of the facility.,Maintain a clean and orderly environment, including trash removal and cleaning duties.,Provide assistance to employees and visitors as needed.,Report all security incidents and violations to the appropriate authorities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school education or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience as a Security Guard or similar role.,Good physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous tasks.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Good knowledge of security protocols and procedures.,Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

🛠️ Keahlian

Security awareness and training.First aid and emergency response training.Conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques.Basic knowledge of security technology and equipment.Time management and organizational skills.Attention to detail and vigilance.Multilingual skills (English and local language preferred).
