📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records.,Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing.,Provide financial analysis and reports to support business decisions.,Manage relationships with external auditors and accountants.,Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts.,Train and mentor junior accountants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or food industry.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and practices.
