In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and executing banquet events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the expectations of our clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events from start to finish, including coordinating with vendors, setting up the venue, and managing guest lists.,Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities, ensuring everything is in place for the event.,Work closely with our catering team to ensure the food and beverage service meets high standards.,Manage guest relations, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the event.,Assist in the preparation of event reports and follow-up communications with clients.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event planning.,Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed during the event.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet staff or event planning roles.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools.,Knowledge of local regulations and laws related to event planning.,Fluent in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
