📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting comprehensive internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.,Identifying and assessing risks to the organization, and developing strategies to mitigate these risks.,Collaborating with various departments to understand business processes and ensure audits are thorough and accurate.,Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.,Providing training and guidance to junior auditors and other staff on audit procedures and best practices.,Participating in continuous professional development to stay updated with the latest audit techniques and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Professional certification in Internal Auditing (e.g., CIA, CPA, CMA) is a plus.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in using audit software and data analysis tools.,Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
