📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the Emergency Department, ensuring high standards of patient care and service.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental efficiency and patient outcomes.,Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, doctors, and support staff.,Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, insurers, and other stakeholders.,Monitor and analyze departmental performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Participate in hospital-wide initiatives and projects.,Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within a healthcare setting.,Proven experience in leading and managing emergency department operations.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with healthcare information systems and technology is a plus.
