📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the talent acquisition process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding and integration.,Develop and implement strategies to attract, recruit, and hire top talent in the Indonesian market.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, recruiters, and external partners.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the talent acquisition space.,Collaborate with the global team to ensure alignment and consistency in talent acquisition practices.,Monitor and report on key metrics and performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.,Strong understanding of the Indonesian market, including cultural nuances and business practices.,Proven track record of successfully attracting, recruiting, and hiring top talent.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is a plus.
