SHIFT Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. If you are passionate about training and development, and have a strong background in education or training, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of the organization.,Deliver training sessions to employees, including workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Provide ongoing support and feedback to employees to help them develop their skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs align with the organization's goals and objectives.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide training and development support to new employees to help them integrate into the organization.,Assess and evaluate the performance of employees to identify areas for improvement and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with training management systems and software.,Ability to design and deliver training programs in both English and Indonesian.
