📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and track outstanding receivables from B2B clients.
• Develop and implement collection strategies to recover overdue payments.
• Negotiate with clients to resolve payment disputes and agreements.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure timely payments.
• Prepare and analyze collection reports to monitor performance and identify trends.
• Collaborate with the finance and sales teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Provide regular updates to management on collection activities and performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in accounts receivable management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or collections, preferably in the plastic manufacturing industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
