📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and optimize the daily operations of the tanker fleet, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.
• Coordinate with drivers, clients, and internal teams to resolve any operational issues promptly.
• Utilize FMS and Google Maps API to track fleet performance and route optimization.
• Maintain accurate records of fuel deliveries and other logistics data.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide regular reports on fleet performance and operational efficiency.
• Assist in the development and implementation of logistics strategies to improve overall performance.
• Train and mentor new team members to ensure a high level of service and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or fleet management.
• Proven experience with fleet management software, such as FMS.
• Strong knowledge of route optimization and GPS tracking systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a plus.
