📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain accurate technical drawings and construction documentation using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Collaborate with architects and designers to develop detailed project plans and specifications.
• Ensure all drawings and documents comply with industry standards and client requirements.
• Prepare and present construction details, schedules, and cost estimates to the project team.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for project documentation.
• Review and approve construction documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Stay updated with the latest architectural trends and technologies.
• Maintain a well-organized and efficient workspace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural drafting or technical documentation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and construction practices.
