• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage and mentor a team of 10-15 staff members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain high service standards.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the head office to drive overall business growth and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for pet care.
• Manage the branch's budget, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality or pet care industry.
• Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of pet care and hospitality standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
