📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies that drive sales growth and enhance customer experience.
• Oversee the merchandising operations of our retail stores, ensuring that products are displayed and merchandised in a way that maximizes sales and customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with retail teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement merchandising strategies that align with our business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement training programs to ensure that our retail teams are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure that our merchandising strategies are aligned with our overall business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail merchandising.
• Lead and mentor a team of merchandising specialists to ensure that they are delivering exceptional results.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail merchandising, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and enhancing customer experience.
• Strong knowledge of retail merchandising principles, including visual merchandising, floor planning, and product placement.
• Experience in working with retail management information systems (RMIS) and other retail software tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Experience in developing and implementing training programs to ensure that retail teams are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
