📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and lead a team of housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure efficient operations.
• Manage inventory and procurement of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Monitor and report on cleaning performance metrics and KPIs.
• Train and develop housekeeping staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Coordinate with facility managers to address any issues or concerns.
• Ensure that all facilities are well-maintained and presentable to clients and visitors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the housekeeping or facility management industry.
• Proven track record of leading and managing a team effectively.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning protocols, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Certification in housekeeping management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in using cleaning management software such as CleanTrac or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a must.
