📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's operational goals.
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
• Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and implement initiatives to improve morale and productivity.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure that the workforce is optimized for productivity and efficiency.
• Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR software tools.
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using HRIS and other HR software tools such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
