📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily accounting activities including data entry, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports.
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting staff, ensuring they meet performance targets and adhere to company policies.
• Conduct regular financial analyses to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal control procedures.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
• Implement and maintain accounting software and systems.
• Stay updated with the latest accounting standards and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
