📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Teach English to kids and teens aged 3 to 18 years, focusing on reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Create a fun and interactive learning environment that fosters a love for learning in students.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to support their academic growth.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure a supportive and nurturing home-school connection.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methods and educational trends to enhance the learning experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English to kids and teens.
• TEFL or TESOL certification, or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Strong knowledge of English language and literature.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans.
• Familiarity with educational software and tools such as Kahoot!, Quizlet, and Google Classroom.
