📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct outreach and education programs to inform farmers about best practices in agriculture and food security.
• Implement and monitor sustainable agricultural practices to improve crop yields and resilience.
• Develop and manage community-based food security projects, working closely with local stakeholders.
• Collaborate with government agencies, NGOs, and other partners to coordinate and deliver food security initiatives.
• Provide technical assistance and training to farmers on modern farming techniques and technologies.
• Conduct field assessments and surveys to gather data on food security challenges and opportunities.
• Prepare reports and presentations to document progress and share insights with stakeholders.
• Participate in workshops, seminars, and other professional development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Food Security, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in food security, extension services, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of sustainable agricultural practices and food security principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian, with an understanding of local dialects.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for fieldwork.
• Willingness to travel and work in remote areas as needed.
