Stripe is seeking a Strategic Payment Advisors Lead to join our APAC team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives that enhance payment solutions for our clients in the Asia-Pacific region. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative payment strategies that align with Stripe's vision and meet the unique needs of our regional customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of payment advisors in the APAC region.,Develop and execute strategic payment solutions that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with regional sales, marketing, and product teams to align payment strategies with business objectives.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the APAC market.,Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.,Provide thought leadership and mentorship to team members.,Report on key performance indicators and strategic initiatives to senior leadership.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the APAC region.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in payment processing, financial services, or a related industry.,Proven track record of leading and managing teams in a strategic role.,Strong understanding of payment technologies, trends, and regulatory environments.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of local languages is a plus.,Experience working in the APAC region is a strong asset.
